(“Company”, “We”, “Our”, “MAIA HHOME”).

Please read this policy carefully before placing an order.
This Policy should be read together with the Terms & Conditions, Shipping & Delivery Policy, Return & Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.


1. DEFINITION OF DISPATCH

An order shall be considered “Dispatched” once it is handed over to the logistics partner and a tracking ID is generated.


2. CANCELLATION BY CUSTOMER

A. Cancellation Before Dispatch

Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.

  • Cancellation requests must be raised through the “Contact Us” page on the Website.

  • Partial cancellation (cancelling selected items from an order) may be allowed before dispatch, subject to system feasibility.

  • Once approved, refunds (if applicable) shall be processed within 12–15 business days to the original payment method, after deduction of applicable payment gateway charges.

  • At the Company’s discretion, refunds may be offered.


B. Cancellation After Dispatch

Orders cannot be cancelled once dispatched.

  • Refusal of delivery after dispatch shall not be treated as valid cancellation.

  • In such cases, the Company reserves the right to deduct two-way shipping, handling, and restocking charges, if applicable.


3. CANCELLATION BY THE COMPANY

The Company reserves the right to cancel any order at its sole discretion under the following circumstances:

  • Product unavailability or inventory mismatch

  • Pricing or typographical errors

  • Suspected fraudulent or unauthorized transactions

  • Incorrect or incomplete customer information

  • Operational, logistical, or technical issues beyond reasonable control

  • Force majeure events (natural disasters, strikes, regulatory restrictions, courier failures, etc.)

In such cases, any amount received shall be refunded without additional liability.


4. NON-CANCELLABLE ORDERS

Cancellation requests may not be accepted for the following categories once the order is placed:

  • Sale or discounted products

  • Products purchased during promotional or clearance campaigns

  • Fragile items and glassware

  • Products marked as “Non-Cancellable” on the Website

  • Personalized or custom-made products once production has begun


5. EFFECT OF CANCELLATION ON OFFERS

Any promotional offers, discounts, vouchers, or benefits applied at the time of purchase shall stand forfeited upon cancellation and shall not be reinstated.


6. ABUSE CONTROL

  • Repeated cancellations, refusals, or misuse may result in restriction, suspension, or denial of future orders at the Company’s discretion.

  • The Company reserves the right to maintain internal records to prevent operational abuse.


7. FORCE MAJEURE

The Company shall not be liable for any delay, failure, or cancellation caused due to events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural calamities, government actions, strikes, logistics disruptions, or technical failures.

The Company reserves the right to modify or update this Policy at any time without prior notice.
Updated versions shall be effective immediately upon posting on the Website.
