We want every Maia HHome purchase to feel exceptional. If something is not right, we will make it right—swiftly and graciously.

Returns

• Eligible items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
• Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
• Custom, personalized, or made-to-order items are non-returnable unless faulty.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your return, refunds are issued within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

Exchanges

Exchanges are available for damaged or defective items. Please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or video evidence.
